Thermoforming equipment

Cavities are thermoformed in a forming web to a preset width, length and depth to fit the product to be packaged. The product is then inserted in that cavity and a second web, usually a non-forming one, will seal to the bottom web. From there, you can make a full vacuum or a gas flush following your needs.

This equipment is fairly expensive but works very fast, ideal for industrial applications.
