The skin pack

A very nice package, but not for all applications. The skin pack uses a non-forming web as bottom web. The product is placed on the flat web. You need a frozen or firm product. Any liquid would contaminate the bottom web and make the sealing with the top web impossible.

The skin pack uses a Surlyn film, very soft and stretchable it will mold the food like a skin. A very wide variety of bottom web can be used : black, gold, rigid, semi-rigid, printed or plain.
