Fresh Red MeatOur regular casings are designed for fresh or frozen human food or pet food. These casings contain a very high content of the most common oxygen barrier in flexible food packaging, EVOH. Products requiring longer shelf life such as fresh ground meat are best suited for this line of casings. It has excellent oil resistance, organic solvent resistance, and aroma protection.
